"We stayed here for our 30th Anniversary. The hotel is excellent. The staff made us feel very welcome and we received a free celebration cake. The rooms are very clean and nicely equipped. The food was tasty with a nice choice. The spa treatments were very nice. The staff are attentive without being intrusive, friendly and helpful. The location is peaceful. It's a great retreat for a couple. We plan to return there next year."

"I absolutely loved staying here. The property is amazing and so peaceful. It’s 30 min north of Ubud, so it’s much more tranquil and secluded. And the infinity pool, spa, and views are spectacular. But what I loved most about this resort was the staff. Never have I ever felt such incredible hospitality. Everyone learned my name and would greet me “Hello Ms. Sarah” around the property. They would even ask me about the excursions that I booked each day through the hotel. Nanis and Jo in particular was so kind and warm, I loved getting to know them both. If you want to experience authentic Balinese hospitality and stay in a luxurious resort, Pura Gangga is the place to be!"
