"One of drawers in the roof was left unclean. Some dirty undergarments and something in plastic was left inside it. We told the front desk and she immediately took care of it. She promised that we would be given discount because of the inconvenience. When I checked out the guy said that the discount will be credited to me and I’ll be informed through my email. I’m still waiting for it."

"The breakfast that was included was AMAZING, so good and tasty. The views from the balcony were so beautiful and relaxing, our room had a fireplace and a jet tub that we enjoyed very much. The grounds were nice, only issue was when we tried to lounge in the garden, it was always dirty with glasses that had been there for days, we finally cleaned it ourselves and brought the hotel towels to sit on because the cushions were damp and looked dirty."
