"Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise eine 10/10. Top Empfehlung ,um einfach ab zu schalten. Wir hatten die Whirlpool Suite & es war traumhaft schön. Das gesamte Personal war total lieb und hilfsbereit , das Frühstück war 5*+ wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)"

"Clean hotel on the water n the outskirts of the city center with fortress views. Parking is small but available if you have a rental. Great included breakfast. Room was clean but small-plenty big for a transit hotel as we used it for. Nice rooftop pool area we didn’t use but checked out. Walkable to tons of restaurants nearby and the fortress. Would come back again! No complaints."

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but had few occasions with the dinner staff when they were very rude with us. They would not let us sit in the dining area as they had prepared the table for next morning and we didn’t want to sit outside. Even before we started eating or drinking they would come and ask us how would you pay which made us very uncomfortable. At one occasion the staff came to our room at 10:30 and knocked when clearly there was a Do not disturb sign hung on the door"

"Beautiful apartment clean and well maintained with daily service and access to kitchen, garden, Wi-Fi and what a great host! Thomas gave us great advice and helped book a taxi to the airport. "Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the sea and the port. It was well appointed with an excellent bathroom and shower, and plenty of storage space. There was a small balcony with beautiful views out to sea. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Sylvia, who was excellent. The only negative is that there is quite a bit of road noise and aeroplanes regularly taking off from Heraklion airport - so earplugs are definitely necessary!"
