"We had the windowless lightbox room. Everything was great except the AC unit. The condenser pump would go off randomly every 5 - 15 minutes. There would be a very loud humming/buzzing noise that would last a few seconds. It woke us up many times throughout the night. One other thing to note was that you could hear everything in the hallways (which we knew about) but since it was a Tuesday it wasn't so bad."

"Had a lovely stay here. Room was clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. Staff very helpful and friendly. A great hotel as shops and venues are right at hand.
