"Staff was amazing and went above and beyond. We struggled to check in when we couldn’t find the parking lot, but the staff came outside and showed me just where to go. When we had trouble with our washer/dryer, they washed them for us. The accommodations themselves were really clean, comfortable, and modern.

"Our whole stay was amazing. We had the best staff member who cleaned our room, gave us extra towels and made sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. I would recommend anyone going to Ireland to stay here. So close to public transportation and just a wonderful hotel."

"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"Sehr saubere Zimmer. Das Reinigungspersonal war manchmal etwas nachlässig bei Handtüchern und dergleichen. Personal unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, aber wirklich schnell. Das Frühstück war ein Traum, sehr umfangreiches Buffet und zusätzlich konnten Dinge à-la-carte bestellt werden - z.B. pancakes, der tägliche Hit für die Kinder.

"We were booked in a deluxe king room. I felt it was small for a deluxe room. The bus was right outside the door so that was great! I’m not sure if it’s Ireland, but there was no fridge in the room, nor ice machines. The staff were very helpful! They were able to answer all of our questions and were very attentive. My stay was disturbed by a football team who ran up and down the corridor screaming and banging on doors. Episode lasted for about two hours. Two calls to reception before action was taken and things returned to normal.

"Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"

"Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was immaculate. Unlike other hotels the breakfast was cooked to order and tasted great. We had an evening meal there too which was also lovely. We used the swimming pool too and the underground parking facility meant we didn’t have to worry about finding a place to park. If we come back for another trip to Dublin, we would 100% stay here again."
