"The front desk was so nice, and valet also , they even helped get my luggage to my room, only thing is I was out on second floor 😫 all day was hearing the sound of a trash truck! And a cleaning machine they had going right under my room , also the pool cleaning guy was very rude when I went to the pool in the morning, and the waiter from the red restaurant was also vey judgy and rude, so it was a 50/50 while some were so helpful and nice others were a little rude . Over all it was an amazing...

"I have no complaints except you had to be a member to get the free gift bag with the water and chips but the receptionist was nice and gave it to me anyway. The staff was nice and courteous from beginning to the end of our stay. The bartender made excellent drinks. Rooms and property very clean"

"Yes the room stood cool, I liked that the lobby also had tea, hot water, regular coffee and decaf for guest all day long. It's actually a hidden jewel. The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Just one thing I might change is the included breakfast, it starts at 7a.m., maybe consider earlier due to work schedules that some guest might have."

"Horrible place. Will nvr stay at an extended stay. Lobby, hallways, and rooms had a stench, like a homeless person who hasn’t showered or rotting food smell. Our first room’s AC was broken making a really loud clicking noise. So asked to get moved to another room. That next room had a rotting food smell. Absolutely disgusting."

"The property was nice for the price. We did have some issues, at 11 pm at night my fiancée had to go to the receptionist desk because the toilet was clogged with toilet paper. He was given a plunger and told to come back if it doesn't unclog and they will switch rooms. I wasn't expecting him to come back and have to plunge the toilet himself. The next morning, we were getting ready and my fiancée took a shower first, but the water wouldn't drain, I tried calling reception, but was unable to get...
