The walls were so thin we could hear the guy next door pass gas. Then the people downstairs smoked 4 packs of cigarettes in the patio. The beds were lumpy and old. "Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast time was great. Good selection of breakfast items. The waffles were my favorite. BUT our room was not very clean, sheets were stained like they was just flipped over for reuse. Yuck."

"Room was not clean. Found a fake eyelash in the sheets. Bathroom/shower was terrible-not clean at all. Towels had stains on them. My family and I only stayed for the night after a wedding but didn’t couldn’t even shower due to how unclean the room and bathroom looked and felt."

"Seems like a new property and it is well-maintained. The check in staff was super friendly. The room side facing the pool was quiet and we could not hear freeway noise at all. The sink faucet was a little beat-up, but it functioned well enough to get us through. The underground parking is good and appears safe, but we weren't sure if anyone was watching it. Great location near old town and we plan to return one day."

"The receptionist who checked us in was extremely helpful and very, very kind about allowing us to get an early check-in so we could prepare for the wedding that we were there to attend. However, later that evening, the desk clerk was less than helpful about how to obtain water bottles. "Beautiful, well-maintained property. Staff was helpful and room was spacious and very clean. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well. "
