"The staff is very friendly I asked could I do a late check out and they let me do one they're very nice I had no problem with the rooms are extremely big and for the area that it was located in I didn't expect to get the type of service that I got in that area but I did peace and quiet I would love to go back"

"Wow, just wow! This hotel is beautiful. It is nestled at the base of a hill with beautiful views of the Bay. The property was undergoing some renovations to the outside, but was still stunning to view. The inside is so elegant. It reminded me so much of the Hotel Del Coronado (San Diego) and the Plaza (NYC), but with out their price tags. Very large spacious halls, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was great. We spent some time in the Lobby Bar, and the staff was attentive...
