"We had a wonderful stay as a family. The staff were always smiling, polite, and very welcoming. There was a great variety of food options, including choices that suited our children, which we really appreciated. The amenities were easily accessible, well maintained, and family-friendly. "Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner "
