"I did not get info on how to get in and out of the hotel. The concierge is not always there! I had to ring my own taxi on leaving and it was difficult to re-access the building to pick up my baggage as I don't speak Spanish. The room was very tired in decor with multiple scrapes around the doors. It vibrated with the sound of the fridge (?). The only plus was the 6 minute walk to the beach. No breakfast. No snacks. Very basic."

"An amazing hotel run by friendly staff in a fantastic location. The hotel is decorated with beautiful tropical plants, secluded from the coastal strip but close enough for lovely views from the bar. The food is a mix, great breakfast and lunch options but felt that dinner was poor, both in the booked restaurants and buffet. A small shame in an otherwise splendid hotel overall."

"Room, bathroom and corridors was clean. Great location for beach and shops. The cleaning lady was friendly as I passed by. I reserved a room for a night and the communications are in spanish and there is no translate option. I recieved check in instructions instantly but did not recieve the link to complete passport registration and entry code. I then communicated through WhatsApp and recieved the link 2 hours later. "Hotel doesn’t look much from the outside, but there is not much to fault inside. It is really clean and modern and well run. Breakfast is very good, always hot and a great selection on offer. Drinks in the bar are very reasonably priced compared to local bars and restaurants. Highly recommend."
