"There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. "This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the hotel bar. I’ve never seen such spectacular skyline views. They even stamp the foam of your beer with the hotel logo. "We had a terrible time doing business with the staff. Our flight arrived early then they’re checking is at three in the afternoon. They didn’t accommodate us not one bit. It was all about money. We didn’t even get water for sitting very difficult to charge our phone. I wouldn’t advise this hotel to anybody. I know they were very unsympathetic to our needs once again.
