se tapo el baño, y no habia jabon. aunque nos resolvieron rapido si es incomodo estar esperando algo basico. el SPA de pareja fue por turnos y realmente no fue en pareja

Nos tocó en temporada de lluvia y la habitación tenía goteras. Nos cambiaron de habitación y mi reservacion era para 3 personas y solo habia una toalla. Ni una botella de agua en la habitación. El menú del restaurante limitado y de lo que había en la carta muy caro y varios productos sin existencia. Mal servicio para un fin de semana en vacaciones

Todas las reseñas anteriores correctas. Personal cordial sin ser excepcional y comida muy regular del restaurante, mala relación calidad-precio. Se permite mucho ruido de música en las habitaciones sin que el personal haga nada. El lugar bonito sin ser excepcional y la llegada de CDmX por carreteras con mucho tráfico y baches

Hermoso lugar! Al llegar tienes que llamar a la propiedad para que te abran el portón porque es un área muy grande pero solo son algunos minutos. Te reciben con un shot de mezcal de bienvenida. Hay muchas amenidades en el parque y actividades, perfectas para un fin de semana. La alberca es aclimatada. No recomiendo el restaurante para cenar. Todo lo demás es bueno, el hospedaje al hotel te incluye un desayuno continental, si quieres agregar un guisado te lo dan a precio preferencial ($100)

Todo bien, solo que las suites y las habitaciones son más como de un motel para ir a... No son familiares, tienen espejos en el techo, regaderas al lado de la cama con cristal, digo chido por las parejas que van sin niños, pero pues a quienes reservamos por aquí para ir con pequeños, te llevas una sorpresa no tan buena. El hotel está súper, la alberca súper, pero pues, si deberían tener habitaciones para familia.

La habitación tenía cerca de siete goteras, nos hicieron el cambio a otra que solo tenía dos. Se pidió servicio de spa que jamás nos confirmaron y por lo tanto jamás nos dieron. El restaurante no contaba con todas las opciones de su carta y cerraba a las 9 de la noche sin posibilidad de pedir nada más.

Todo fue espectacular desde el guardia,spa,gerencia,restaurante todo el personal son excelentes felicidades!!! Lo único malo es que no es tán accesible al ir sin auto y si deberían tener taxis o algún transporte accesible ya que no siempre se desea ir en auto. Volveremos pronto!!!☺️
