I stayed here for the exercise room and long indoor pool, both were excellent. But it is not a neighborhood you can walk around, and no nice bars, social areas close by.

O café da manhã salvou.

O café da manhã do hotel é ótimo, mas o hotel aparentemente tem uma estrutura antiga, os cobertores são ainda mais antigos e o quarto é bem abaixo do esperado pelo valor pago.

Gran Arrey

Instalações limpas, roupas de cama e banho muito desgastadas. Café da manhã razoável. Reposição bem falha. Recepcionistas e camareiras muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O mesmo não se pode dizer da equipe do café da manhã. Canja e filé muito saborosos. Acredito que pelo valor deve ter hotel melhor em Teresina.

Hotel maravilhoso, só poderiam melhorar os quartos

A estrutura do Hotel é muito boa, os funcionários extremamente solícitos e educados, o café da manhã excelente com muita variedade de alimentos e frutas e o menu de almoço e jantar amplo, gostamos muito da comida do restaurante. A única coisa que acho que deixou a desejar foi o quarto, o ar condicionado estava com a paleta quebrada, não dava para mudar a direção do ar. A TV estava chiada e com som e imagem ruins, no banheiro a água empossava dentro do box e o chuveiro não era muito bom. Em relação ao Wi-Fi não dava para utilizar no quarto porque era muito instável e muitas das vezes não funcionava bem, acredito que pelo volume de gente utilizando-o no mesmo horário. Acho que valeria a pena investir mais nos quartos, mesmo até o mais simples porque a diária não é barata. Em relação as áreas comuns do hotel são OK, piscina e academia disponíveis, gostei muito.
