"I booked this place specifically for the pool & it was such a good idea! It is a short walk into the main attractions, and there is a tram stop right out front which will take you in or to the airport. As someone who finds public transport stressful I found it so easy. The walk is also nice for seeing different things along the way or stopping for an spritz ;) I booked a standard room as a solo traveller & it was one of the biggest rooms I had in Italy. Would be fine for 2 people."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Golden Five-Star Stay in Florence We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Indigo Florence. Everything about the hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, beautiful, and perfectly located. It was extremely convenient for exploring Florence, a city we completely fell in love with for its people, its beauty, and the incredible history that seems to be waiting for you on every block. What truly made our stay special, though, was the people. A very special thank you to Piero, the restaurant host, who made us feel genuinely at home away from home every morning at breakfast. His warmth, kindness, personality, and attention made breakfast something we looked forward to each day. For our family, Piero deserves a golden five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We also want to recognize the wonderful front desk staff. Every day, they took the time to ask whether we needed fresh water or anything else to make our stay more comfortable. These may seem like small gestures, but that level of thoughtfulness and attention is exactly what turns a good hotel stay into a memorable one. We always felt that the staff genuinely cared about our comfort. Florence completely captured our hearts, and having such a welcoming hotel to return to after exploring the city made the experience even more special. Hotel Indigo Florence was perfect for our family in every aspect."

"Our room was extremely clean. Every day we received cleaning service and it smelled very good. Front staff was very helpful. Location is close to tram/bus stop. Only thing i wish the room had was ability to go lower in temp. It was locked to not go below 21 and the fan was also controlled so even when i went to max, it eventually went down to 1. Overall— it was great!!!!"
