"Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen aktiven Urlaub in der Toskana. Vom Bahnhof zum Hotel geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Nach Florenz, Pisa und Lucca kann man sehr gut mit dem Zug fahren."

Van de servicebalie over de ontbijtzaal, restaurant tot het poetspersoneel, oprecht vriendelijk, behulpzaam en superprofessioneel. Je voelt je echt op je gemak en op je wenken bediend. Ontbijt is voldoende uitgebreid en kwalitatief meer dan ok. De kamers zijn netjes en bieden alle comfort die je mag verwachten. In het bijhorend restaurant (Francy) kun je dineren in een mooi kader. "Very kind and always helpful staff, particularly the lovely Mary who runs a tight ship and is an excellent cook - her breakfast cakes were delicious. Rooms are very clean, but basic, with limited TV channels, and a system that is not really air conditioning and struggled in the hot days. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Bathrooms whilst clean, only have the fabric sheets for towels and problematic showers. Take your ear plugs! Location is handy and walkable, and lots of local bars...

"Le camere sono tenute male, manca la manutenzione. Ho dovuto cambiare 2 camere. Nella prima c’era una macchia di umido con insetti che camminavano sul soffitto. In bagno il lavabo perdeva acqua. Nella seconda camera la porta era rotta e non si chiudeva. Aria condizionata molto rumorosa anche se spenta. Infissi vecchi. Porta del bagno rotta. Lavabo spaccato. non mi è sembrato un hotel 4 stelle e il prezzo pagato é stato molto più del doppio rispetto al valore della struttura. L’unica cosa...

"Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster sind einfach veglast und nicht richtig isoliert. Auch die Zimmertür ist nicht dicht. Wir konnten kaum schlafen, weil wir den Straßenlärm oder andere Gäste im Flur oder auch in deren Zimmern gehört haben. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr klein ausgefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht."

"This is my favorite hotel in Italy. It has a charming old-fashioned style combined with a very high standard. My room even had two bathrooms and a jacuzzi, which made the stay extra comfortable. The swimming pool and restaurant are lovely, and there is a cozy bar where you can enjoy cocktails in the evening. The staff is fantastic and always very welcoming. I will definitely come back again."

"Camera con riscaldamento rumorosissimo, vecchie, moquette nell’ antibagno della mia età (53) molto sporca. Avevano dei ragazzi spagnoli ospiti molto molto rumorosi lungo i corridoi delle camere, dipendenti dell’hotel che alle 5 di mattina parlavano ad alta voce sempre nei corridoi e spostavano carrelli come se fosse mezzogiorno "
