"The Hotel Triano is very well situated to the cruise port. It is a short drive and you can get the hotel shuttle for a small fee, which is great. The staff are very friendly and the bar "never closes". It has an elevator so those who can't use stairs, shouldn't be afraid t book this hotel. It was a good experience."

Helped me with my luggage and was not just nice, he was human and kind. It’s only a five minute walk away from the shops and beach. "The restaurant was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel provides beach chairs, gel shoes and towels for a cost at the cement platform because of the rocks. The surrounding area outside the hotel is run down, no fault of the property. It is pretty inaccessible. Train was a nearby commuter, with no room for luggage, and the desk told us only one taxi for the town. Cost $200+ for a driver to take you to the airport from here. It might be better to rent a car and pay to park...

She said message her 15 mins prior to arrival. I messaged her with more than 15 mins and called several times when at the property with no response. When she answered I had to wait an additional 10 mins. It’s not convenient when you just want to get in the hotel to relax...
