Our room was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. Nice views over the surrounding hills. No tea/coffee in the room but a station off reception with free water, tea and coffee. "We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. "This hotel is in an excellent location in Moltrasio, with the lake and ferry wharf on the other side of the road. Parking is available a short distance away. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were good. The air conditioning was very good."

"The best thing about this hotel was the staff: lovely, helpful, welcoming, it was one of the best stays we’ve experienced. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful and above all, our deep gratitude to the owner, Renzo. The hotel is right across Villa Fedora park and beach, and the view from the room was fantastic. Our room was clean and kept so everyday, breakfast was delicious (with lots of choices). Definitely recommend!"

"Don’t fall for their scam , they advertise use if the facilities , but we had to pay extra 30 euro to use the pool abd gym . Manager was unreachable to resolve it in a business day ."
