Personnel at reception desk very helpful. Evening meals and breakfast service not up to 3 star standard. Service at room makeup each day lacking in replacements.

Stayed @ the hotel before. Good breakfast lots of choices. Room and beds(two singles) are basic but comfortable. Bathroom could use an update. Arrived early at the hotel, you have to store your luggage at the storage for a small fee which is convenient. The hotel was very close to Ghent City attractions.
