"The property location was good for us. The pool was cold, but we did have fun in it. The breakfast was very good. We had a problem with the toilet getting clogged, and asked to get it fixed for 3 days in a row before someone actually fixed it. The beds in room 313 were not comfortable, so we did not sleep well each night. This was the most important factor, as we like to get a good night's sleep. "The rooms are out dated. The sheets were not clean and neither was the bathroom. There is a bar behind the hotel that plays music until after midnight. The room was overpriced."

"This place is definitely not a Hotel, it’s a Motel. Very unique decor and vibes. I stayed here with my 2 kids and definitely wouldn’t stay again. It’s very “party” vibes. The pool has a DJ and they let locals come swim so it’s very packed with adults. They say it’s newly remodeled but it seems like they just slapped some paint in the rooms and called it good. There is a big homeless camp behind the building. The parking is awful, I had an SUV and the spaces and area was crammed I couldn’t park...

"Wi-Fi is a big deal in 2026 and we had two issues with it. First, the sign in process is RIDICULOUS. You have to give it every personal detail about yourself AND watch a minute long ad about some shady sounding "brain medicine" just to get online. after that, it worked for a few hours and then it was broken the remainder of our 2 day stay. We talked to the front desk, she looked at our phone for a minute then said there is nothing she can do to help. This cost me money because I had to purchase...

"Downtown Redmond is a small town place. Full of wonderful people. Like a Norman Rockwell painting! July 4th was amazing all day in Redmond. Day time with the family, and some grown up fun for adults later. Fishing..... of the hook! Guides are available and make a great trip with friends and kids as well."
