"I don’t usually leave reviews but me and my bestfriend selected this hotel when we needed a stay for a festival we attended in wilksboro. The hotels closer were fully booked so I selected Sonesta in a bind. I was weary because we typically select a Hilton and this one was so affordable but in a way I expected to not be impressed, but we didn’t have many options. I say all that to say I’m so glad we ended up here. We were so impressed with the quality and the cleanliness. Very modern and upper scale feel. The breakfast inclusion wasn’t just a basic continental. It was a free meal from their restaurant, any entree of our choice from their menu, a fully waited on restaurant experience. It was so good. The beds were our fav part though. They were so comfortable, and the pillows phenomenal. To the extend that we ordered the pilllows from their distributor. We are so picky with our pillows but we didn’t want to sleep another night at home without the pillows we had during our stay lol needless to say Sonesta will be our hotel selection moving forward."

"Nice and quiet location with nearby dining options. Hotel is in good condition and well maintained. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Bed is comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. Bathroom is also is good condition and enjoyed the shower. The rooms could be a little more soundproof and perhaps an area rug would make it cozier for longer stays. Overall it’s clean comfortable and has great service."

"I liked the setup of the courtyard and separate units. I also loved the size of the units and the virtual check in but what I didn’t like was the fact that this was home for some people. It was permanent residence and they had dogs. Folks also propped the doors open at all time making a fairly secure installation unsafe."
