"Wifi did not work"

"Hotel is quite dated. Decor needs updating. VERY poor lighting in guest room. The tiniest bar of soap in the room. No coffee in the lobby for guests. Machines in room offered powder creamer. Restaurant and bar in the hotel and "shoppes" closed early. We met out of town friends and there was no where to get food and drinks. It was pouring rain and not a quick walk to shoppes for coffee and quick breakfast. The bedsheets were scratchy but the bed was comfortable. Room was clean."

"The pool area is always nice and clean and always has towels. The rooms are good too. the only thing that I do not like is having to pay for parking"

"Breakfast ran out of items well before the end of the breakfast time. But there was plenty of other items. My room was nice - the carpet felt wet so I realized it may have been cleaned prior to my check-in and had not yet dried. Would avoid that in the future. Not great to have to walk barefoot on damp carpeting. "

"-wifi was behaving strangely for iPad. Had to do a manual input eventually to get to the login screen -pool was out of operation for first day of stay -meal was expensive"

"The rooms and the grounds were extremely clean and well kept. We had issues with the shower flooding that took two days to fix. Our water was also turned off without notice and when we asked for bottles if water to drink they brought 2, we requested more and they brought two more… they acted like we were stealing water. We had no transportation to get water and no close store to buy water, but shouldn’t that be included in a $300+ a night room? There was no offer of moving us or compensation....

"The staff was lovely. The hotel made definite efforts to remodel and it shows. Close to the beaches and great location. The complimentary brioche bacon egg cheese breakfast sandwich was delightful."
