"My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke. "Linda and Mike were outstanding hosts and welcoming to us. They were accommodating to special diet needs, and anxious to meet our requests. Food was delicious, the sitting area was cozy and our room was perfect. If it were possible we’d give 10 stars. Mike us a tour of the mill and a history of the property that made the whole experience fulfilling. "
