The property is well equipped, comfortable and welcoming. "Polly’s Place was a perfect place to stay on our recent visit to Freshwater. It’s small but perfectly formed and we would definitely stay here again. Off road parking, clean and comfortable. Good selection of teas, coffee, biscuits & milk in the fridge and bathroom toiletries. The hot tub was great and the garden chairs were the perfect way to chill out in the garden afterwards watching the birds feeding in the trees. Polly was lovely and the perfect host. "

"Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. "
