"This was nothing like the photos and very disappointing. The room was moldy and dark. The safety latch on the door was broken and so was the lock. We put things in front of the door while we slept because it didn't feel safe there. There were several men wandering the property and we didn't know if they worked there or not. "I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional from check-in to check-out. "We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when...
