"Very spacious and clean room and great location"

"Very friendly welcome. A well appointed, clean and comfortable room with modern conveniences. Situated in an ideal location in the heart of the town."

"kitchen closed at 6pm and no breakfast available despite having paid for it so i got a refund and didn't check in."

"We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were quaint and well made up. There was even a bathtub in our room, which was a game changer! "Staff were very helpful and friendly (Martha was especially good). Good selection of beer and great atmosphere"

"Good location, basic but clean room, friendly staff. Good parking. Value for money"

"Everything was great! Thank you! 😁"

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection of hot dishes (special praise for the eggs benedict) alongside fruit juices, pastries, yogurt etc. We also had an evening meal in the pub which was again very nice. The pub is conveniently located a few minutes from the Bath park and ride. We'd...
