"The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and convenient but difficult to find seating regardless of the time. There are a few shops nearby but found it difficult to navigate public transport to get to most of the sights in Boston. "

"The house keeping staff fail to refill the body wash. When I get to the room the body wash was almost empty not enough for two people take a shower and no hand soap. After I asked the staff to refill the body wash or provide hand soap they only put a hand soap and never put the body wash. Besides the soap problem I can't complain of the other staff members. The front desk and the breakfast waitress were very attentive and polite 👌"

"We had a marvelous maid who always had everything ready for us everyday . She always had a smile and greeted us. We were able too get an early check in when we arrived which was fantastic."
