"The front office girl checking us in was the friendliest I've ever met, she was great. The room air was extremely stale and smelly, which usually subsides once the fans get going, but this room didn't change. Very patchy attempts at repairs and repainting. White doors very dirty around doorknobs."

"Parking was easy, the staff was friendly and accomodating and the room was clean The common areas were filthy, dining area, public bathroom, halls. The trash can in the dining area was so dirty I didn't want to get close enough to put trash in."

"First of all, it’s NOT super 7 like it’s advertised as, it’s an OYO property. Second, there were roaches. Third, there was no one at the counter when I checked in or out. Checking in I didn’t mind standing there waiting a few minutes but checking out irritated me with no one being there because I wanted to know how long it would take until my deposit will be back on my card. What if I hadda paid in cash? All I’m saying is someone needs to be at the desk from 10:30-11:15a since check out is 11a and from 2:45-3:45p since 3p is check in. Fourth, noise surprisingly was low. There was however an unexpected knock on the door, of which I didn’t answer or respond to because no one knew of my whereabouts except my daughter so I wasn’t expecting anyone and it wasn’t hotel staff. Fifth, the room was a bit too dark for my liking because it bothers my eyes as soon as I open the door. Lastly, sixth, there’s no direct line/number to the front desk. But I digress, overall it was okay, I just couldn’t sleep and as usual there was nothing on tv that interested me. For me, I’ll give them a solid 5 outta 10."

"The room was clean but the pillows were too big and stiff. Only one usb port in the room was in working order. At the price we paid, I expect everything to be in perfect working order. Also could use a little sound proofing between the rooms. Didn’t need to hear that."
