"There are safety issues in the bathroom for seniors. No grab bars, no shower mat or stickers in the tub. Tub was very slippery and we had to make sure neither of us fell while taking a shower l. Staff told us we could go to Dollar General down the street. Toilet seat was loose and unstable for senior guests. Could be a liability when someone falls and gets hurt."
