The pool and gym at the top do not have any sort of air conditioning—poor air circulation so it can feel like a sauna. The pool area has some tiles that are slippery when wet—dangerous choice of flooring. From the pool, the door to go to the bathrooms is locked so you have to walk all the way around ...

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.
