"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

We had hoped that the balcony would be a place to sit and relax in the morning, but the small chair and table barely fit in the narrow space and the balcony wall too high to see over when seated. "Staff really polite. Facilities clean & quiet . Restaurant really good & they even grow their vegetables on the property about 20 feet from the kitchen, fresh & delicious Thai cuisine. The cost of the room is reasonable all around in this area of Thailand About 1 to 2 times less than other areas of Thailand. My wife & I are visiting from the USA family. "A reasonably well maintained Property. The Room was as advertised.
My only issue was the directions provided when using the Expedia App and choosing Google Maps; I was directed to the Property across the Street. The Hotel has no Signage on that Street. The entrance is from the other side of the Property.
Something to discuss with the Owner.
Other that that small “Hiccup”; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."
