"Pros: The room was clean, cozy and eleclec furnished. Centrally located to walk to Richmond Street..very nice walking distance. Cons: Checking in was not easy..not well communicated. Overnite parking restrictions were ridiculous and expensive. The room sink was plugged. The bottom bedsheet kept coming off. The long pillows were difficult for sleeping ..we both woke up with sore necks. Will look for other accommodations next visit based on the cost."

"We didn't use the amenities since came in late and only there for 1 night. The valet parking for $40 per night is ridiculous, thank goodness for public paid parking lot next door. Otherwise, great facility- would stay again."

"We had a great stay at this property from the time we checked in till checkout. We had a late check in and the person who checked us in was funny, pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and well stocked. Vincent was excellent and pleasant on both mornings we had breakfast. The hotel contacted us after we left and let us know they found a bracelet. Very much appreciated. Waqar went above and beyond along with housekeeping to ensure we knew they found the item. I would highly recommend...
