"Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty.
We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing.
It was clear that he did not care."

"We came here for a girls night in! We spent a good 1.5 hours enjoying the pools, spa and sauna, then ordered Uber Eats straight to our Meriton Suites apartment for a cozy dinner night in.
The 2/3 bedroom apartment was fantastic - very spacious, and it even had salt and pepper and a coffee pod machine.
The next morning we took a 2-minute walk to the Civic Centre for a great breakfast and a shopping spree!
This is our second time staying here for a girls night - we love it!"
