We were very late checking in (11pm) and had to be on our way at 8am, so shortest ever hotel stay for us. Hotel is in a good location, to the west of Newbury. Check in went smoothly and I understand our rooms were upgraded, which we greatly appreciated - the air con especially. Bed was super comfy, spare pillows in wardrobe (which we always appreciate), there were plenty of hot drink options in room and body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion available in bathroom which had a good sized shower (use the mat supplied as tray is slippy). There was a safe and fridge in wardrobe too. Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend.

Lovely hotel. First impressions were good on arrival with polite and friendly reception staff. Also very helpful. The room was very comfortable. The meal at night was also good. We would definitely book to stay at this hotel again

Fantastic stay. Went above and beyond for my birthday , the staff are super friendly and attentativ The only negative will have to be breakfast, on both days the food was cold, this was said also by a few other guests. If the issue with food temperature is sorted the hotel would be 10/10

Beds very comfy and perfectly crisp cotton sheets. Plenty of extra touches, tea, coffee and herbal teas as well as decafe options. Shower wash and body lotion. I would recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff, Dipesh was very caring and helpful with us. There were a couple of issues with the room that we were initially assigned but Dipesh was able to resolve the problems with the room in a friendly and quick manner. Overall he provide very high quality service.
