The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!"

"Lovely hotel, room is spacious & clean. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Feel very safe with the security at the hotel. Spa is amazing, pool area is wonderful and the pool is just the right temperature. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice including custom made eggs to order. Vast variety of juices and fruit. Coffee is exceptionally delicious. Food in the Arabic restaurant is also very tasty. Love this hotel, can’t say enough good things! "

"The good: -super kind and engaging staff -little cafe in the beautiful foyer -decent hot and cold breakfast buffet with hot drinks, meat, potatoes, beans, chapati, bread, yogurt, cereal, fruit platter -able to do late checkout at a reduced daily rate when you have a late flight -strong and hot shower -modern furnishings with outlets and lamps beside the very comfortable bed -linens and towels in great condition The not great: - off a busy street. Due to mosque (?), birds, and incessant barking...

"There is Mpesa nearby and K1 club which is like a 7mins walk. The lights in the room didn’t all work, the step to the bathroom is broken, it floods when taking a shower and the bathroom corners have clearly not been scrubbed in ages. The rooftop bar is not a hype as people say, no music playing hence it’s not busy at all. I don’t think I would book again. It’s a 2 star hotel "
