"The only reason I stayed there was distance to the airport and the fact the amenities listed a bar. The bar has been closed for MONTHS so unwinding with a drink and dinner on site is impossible. I can understand if they recently decided to close their bar but after months don't you think the amenities should have been updated by now??? "

She came out with food all over her face, crumpled my ticket and then gave me the parking pass she should have given me when I checked in. Breakfast was fantastic as was the coffee machine."

"Stayed a night each before 2 international trips this year. Rooms were nice. Clean and quiet. Beds were excellent. Pillows were a bit soft for my taste so on the 2nd trip, i brought mine from home. All in all a good spot to stay. We will use this hotel again. "

"No water bottles in the fridge which annoyed me considering I was on the 7th floor and arrived at midnight... going back down to get them was exhausting so I had to wait til morning. "

"Overall the room was nice. However, I requested a shower accessible when booking and instead got a standard which was awkward for me. In addition, I requested a 5am wake up call that never happened. Thankfully, I woke up early on my own. "

"The lobby smelled like cat urine as well as the main stairs The gentleman at the front desk didn’t disclose that the TV was out in the whole building they illegally charge you tax on your deposit and the taxes are not refunded I was placed on the second floor when my wife was visibly unable to walk stairs because she was on crutches when I asked for the accommodation I was refused the room was dirty with pet hair everywhere it was so bad that we did not even complete our stay even after being refused a refund . We stayed one night out of the four and left in the morning and will not be coming back to this establishment The problem is the owner and management and front desk housekeepers are nice but they are very limited in the ability to provide services because of management "
