"This is one of the most beautiful hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. The only issue is no lift to that floor but the desk clerk was very willing to help with our bags. The room was very comfortable, cool to my standards(being an American) and the village of Torun is absolutely charming. Great restaurants near by , huge variety and reasonable on prices ( even it was start of peak season ) and close to main river Wisla with its own attractions . "Good hotel in a historic building. Steep stairs and no lift. Not ideal for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was excellent. The staff are very helpful. The ongoing electrical works were somewhat noisy, with a few trip hazards. Overall, a good choice in a handy location for the Old Town and riverside walks. "
