There were two water bottles in the room, but watch out—if you are not a gold or silver member you’ll be charged $3.00 for a bottle of water. At the time of booking we were told that the swimming pool was available but upon checked in, the pool was not available. We were told that someone had oil on them and polluted the pool. After receiving a second set of keys, which also did not work, the director of security got involved. He was able to open the door, but the deadbolt locked the door. "Overall this was a great B&B. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there were zero ADA accommodations. I just happened to break my ankle a couple weeks before my trip, so carrying a big suit case up and down stairs (both inside and outside) was not fun. They did offer to carry my bag up to my room upon check in, but they were not around to help at check out. "I rarely write hotel reviews, but this stay deserved one because it fell well below the expectations set by the Hyatt brand. The location is excellent, and the room was clean.
