"Parking is $32/day and the off site lot is 2 blocks from hotel down a steep hill. Halls are smelly and hot. Tiny rooms have constant weird sounds from plumbing?? Pillows are devoid of any fill. Mini fridge didn't work. Clearly, Hilton now has Motel 6 standards."

"We were really disappointed with our stay and have not been able to get a resolution to our concerns despite proactively reaching out to the booking team. Our original reservation was modified without notice and we ended up in a basement that was a great deal less accommodating than the unit we reserved.
