"Our room was dirty, I text a complaint all they said was, we’ll give u extra honors rewards points. And apologized. I had to clean the room. I was staying there with kids and my elderly mom. The pool water was really cold and the room was as well, so uncomfortable to swim in. The heater in the room only worked when it was on 80 and above, which made sleeping uncomfortable. "Not exactly as advertised. "Free parking" was actually on the street and required us to park up the hill and carry our things some distance. The room was clean but consisted of a bed with little passage way around it and a tiny bathroom. Advertised self serve food was a vending machine with no food in it ! That said, the host answered my question via text very promptly which I appreciated."
