"Check in was fantastic. Very friendly staff. Room was phenomenal and clean and ready to go. Perfect for what we needed. We used the pull out bed and they got linens to us within 10 minutes. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. We are very pleased with our stay. To keep in mind. Parking is weird. They have a small access to load/unload and a parking lot further down and there is covered paid parking(we used) which is really affordable."

"This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. "If you advertise as a hotel you should have someone on call 24/7. Called and left a voicemail around 11 pm and there was no response. Clearly even if you dont want to staff the front desk overnight someone should pick up the phone and answer voicemails."

"If you are planning on modern, then this is not the place for you. However I think it was worth the price I paid. Include their daily parking fee in with your reservation. There is literally no place to park. I think the cars in the free spots are glued in place because they have not moved since my arrival. Kestrel parking is a small space so beware if you drive a large vehicle. The only changes, that could improve the stay for me was nicer towels and a heavier blanket. I will reccomend...

"Everything was nice. We had an issue at check in, but it was Expedia app, not them. Another couple had the same problem. My only thing is that your can’t call and speak to anyone, it’s all thru email. The property was nice. Area was cool, plenty of parking. I would book again for sure"
