"We arrived in Philadelphia around 11 PM and checked into the hotel. Right from the start, the experience was disappointing—the lobby smelled strongly of tobacco and marijuana, despite the hotel being advertised as a non-smoking environment. When we entered the room, it was honestly shocking. I have never seen a place so dirty. The carpets were covered in dirt and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bed sheets did not appear clean and had a strong musty smell. As for the bathroom, it was in such poor condition that I didn’t even feel comfortable using it normally. If you are traveling with your family, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. It was an extremely unpleasant experience from beginning to end."

"No complaints, really. Little confuzzling finding the place. The address is the same as the Hilton proper, but the clientele is certainly different. Parking was actually pretty nice. Huge open lot a very short walk from the front door. Overall, nice place for the cheaper Hilton price point. "

"Good parking on the premises. Breakfast was good although it ends at 9am. Hotel and rooms were edtremely clean and the exercise room is nice as well. The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. A few questions we had, and they more or less seemed like answering our questions were a bother. I worked for IHG for years and we always made it a point to staff our frent desk with positive, cheerful, polite individuals. Other than the lady who checked us in, the rest were defiitely not that. Still gave 5 stars though bc everything else was delightful. "

"Room was nice but you can tell the building is in need of major upgrades. Elevators were noisy. The tile stairs out front have been cracked and falling apart for over a year and the water pressure was very low. Would be nice if they’re-opened the actual restaurant instead of trying to enjoy a meal in the bar area. "

"Very nice hotel and well priced. Spacious suite, clean and neat. The only thing you need to know is that there is a small sign on the kitchen table, easily overlooked, that says that if you want pots and pans and paper towels etc, you need to ask for it at the desk. I missed that sign. The #21 Bus stops on the corner and takes you downtown. Also it’s a short walk to the metro. "
