"Booked a city view room with a higher room charge for my friend, but got a non-city view room when checked in. My friend did not like to argue so I called the front desk about this, but the front desk person just hanged up on me after I told them that the room they offered was not a city view room. Later on, they did not pick up any of my phone calls at all. It was only 7pm. Extremely bad service there!"

It was very basic, with packaged boiled eggs, which is not what I would expect from a Marriott-standard breakfast.
