"What an amazing place to stay at in Truckee! The amenities and the rooms are beautifully designed and cozy. The common spaces are nice and clean. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The restaurant, Stella, is great as well with a nicely curated menu and impressive execution. The location is ideal - close to downtown, but not too close that you feel the bustle of the tourists. "Pet friendly, they even have a water bowl by the elevator. There are other places that are more pet friendly, providing dishes, beds, toys and even poop bags. But, I would definitely stay here again. Clean, modern, great parking and plenty of walks trails to take your dog."

"Ease of check in having done prior authorization was great. Terms and conditions is a little overwhelming, but it is pretty standard language. Loved not having to carry a key around and check in and check out was a breeze. Property communicates great. Pool was a concerning color. Didn’t plan pool use, just looked disturbing from my room. :) "

Wish the directions for the fireplace were more clear, as we couldn't start it since there were no instructions for a particular part, and there also was no shampoo, which was a bit of a hassle. Other than that, the stay was great. They had a delicious breakfast that they happened to be doing which as really nice and the bedding was very comfortable. Amenities were great.
