The nicest, most accommodating staff ever. Beach is small, pitched towards the water. Breakfast was mediocre. Nice place, though.

Hotel Indigo Turks Caicos Grace Bay by IHG
Hospitality was 10/10. Mikel was amazing. The staff would come help you before you could even ask. Amenities weren’t the best. On site items were pricey. WiFi was spotty. Food and drink options limited. Beach was nice, it’s a 5 min walk without the beach shuttle service.

Pros: nice room, dinners were good, beautiful beach Cons: 5 star price…3 star service. Island time is definitely a thing, and that’s okay unless you want to charge premium prices.
