"Nothing special- The property is not as well groomed as the others. The wood finishes in the room and carpet were worn out. It took a very long time for hot water to arrive in the bathroom sink and shower. There is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom so shaving or applying makeup was a challenge. It is nice that they give you free passes to the ridge runner and canopy climb, however due to the late check in time of 4pm we did not get to utilize them as they closed at 6pm. "Like- location to the downtown area and view from our balcony. Unlike- our family went 2 weeks to early. Their resort passes for all the summer rides etc start May 15th and we went the weekend of May 1"

"The only thing I didn’t like is that I was not allowed to leave my dog in the room. It’s pet friendly and I put the don’t disturb on the door so there were no maids in or out but not being able to leave him in our room made going to dinner for an hour hard. "

"The property is under renovation. We stayed in a renovated room and it was lovely - 5 stars! Staff was friendly and very accommodating - 5 stars. The outdoor pool and hot tub were well maintained - 5 stars. Parking is underground, and at the moment, a bit congested due to the reno."

"This is the first time we stay at Living Stone Golf Resort. We are impressed by its friendly staff, quiet room, comfy bed, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The heater insider the room was very quiet too. The location is excellent. It's close to all the major parks along the waterfront. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in our next visit to lovely Collingwood."

"We stayed on the second floor in room 2416 and took the elevator to the second floor, walked to the farthest end of the hallway and then had to go down two flights of stairs with our luggage. When we arrived at the second 2nd floor we again had to walk all the way back. Floor is carpeted and the carpet is buckling and there are tripping hazards every ten yards. Just seemed very tired and although clean, lacking maintenance. My wife and I would not return."

"The Milestone is a reasonable hotel in a town where others are ridiculously expensive. However the structure is aging, and it needs refurbishing, particularly the bathrooms. The grouting is breaking down and beginning to discolor, and the shower is old, rusty and needs replacing. The bedroom area is comfortable and is kept clean, and the in room fridge and microwave are definitely a plus. I would stay there again, but I'm not comfortable with the current bathroom situation."

"Our apartment was nicely updated and clean except for the duvet cover that wasn't cleaned before our stay. You could tell because there was a blood stain on it. The mattress needs to be changed as it was very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be a sofa bed but was more of a day bed with a child size pull out bed under the couch so was falsely advertised. Very close to blue mountain so that was nice. "
