"Great location ✨️✨️ Just the rooms very warm air con has to be unlocked via reception would be better if was unlocked anyway then just randomly turns of as on a timer would be better if they let you have control. I rang day before regarding a fan they said they provided so left at home. No fan available on day 1 got 1 on day 2 and it was on its way out did not nothing. So had to buy 1 from argos which was frustrating as i did ring up, as was there for 4 nights you do need a fan rooms very warm and stuffy makes it very gard to sleep. Other than that a lovely hotel but was looking forward to a good sleep "

"Fantastic hotel, usual Newcastle friendly welcome, especially the Irish lady in the restaurant at breakfast!! Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the Toon!"

"At first glance my room looked perfectly acceptable. Looking a bit further it could have done with a good wipe round the edges. Comfy bed, nice bedding, clean bathroom. Snug, okay for a one night stay"
