"This is my third stay at the Cambria Somerville. Each time I've stayed has been an excellent one. It is rapidly Boston. The staff is always welcoming and helpful--ready to help with just about any need you may have. The location is also great! Close to the T, Davis and Porter Squares. The rooms are spacious with great working space and very clean. The gym has all the basic equipment. I haven't yet had to avail myself of the laundry room, but it's good to know it is there. My only complaint is...

"Parking is $50 total and is very convenient and has in/out privileges. The elevator is quite small and slow but it does its job but we did tend to use the stairways going down since it was faster. "Very disappointed and frustrated with my stay at this property. I always love staying with Hyatt but now will rethink this. First off they did they not warn us about ongoing renovations, which impacted our stay. Upon entering the parkade we were in the pitch black, then one elevator did not stop or allow us to select the floor we were staying on (2). Given this we had to use the stairs and we had to walk through and around renovations on the first floor to get to the lobby. The air conditioner...

"Pros: The front desk staff is super friendly, mindful, and puts in effort. The rooms are cute. Beds are decent and pillows were excellent. Pretty quiet and very nice lodge to hang out in. Cons: I found a mouse in my room. Yep, just running around. TV didn't work for two days. When address the just offered me another room. I wasn't up to moving rooms again post mouse. Dirty hallways. "The hotel can use some tlc, but overall it's gr8 location (metro/train directly to downtown boston in just a couple of minutes, shopping area with lots of stores) was more important. Nice breakfast and free use of washer and dryer."

"The Lenox Hotel in Boston is a beautiful and historic hotel in a great location in Back Bay Boston. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very welcoming at all times from the front desk to the door greeters who are ready to help if needed.
