"I’ve recently stayed at several other La Quinta locations, and I didn’t realize until this stay that my family may have been spoiled by those experiences. The room itself was clean, and the staff members I interacted with were professional, courteous, and willing to help when needed. That said, the property felt dated overall. The common area was very small, with almost no indoor seating, and the breakfast selection was much more limited than what I’ve come to expect from La Quinta — probably about a third of what we’ve seen at other locations. We were in town for a tournament, and the hotel served its basic purpose: a place to sleep between games. But compared to other La Quinta properties, this one fell short. I appreciate the staff, but I would not choose to stay here again."

"The coffee in the Lobby was extremely weak. The breakfast wasn’t well cared for, for example the pancakes were very small and tasted rubbery, the frozen berries were soggy, the oatmeal was too thick and was too hot and too thick. Also, when we checked in no water bottles were offered and finally the check in didn’t happen until after 3pm because there wasn’t there enough housekeepers."

"Everything was excellent except I have a hard time with super firm mattresses because I don't sleep on my back. I also had a small issue with our room facing the McDonald's next door and their lights are on all night. I would prefer a blackout shade to louvers or in addition. Otherwise, our room was very nice and it was exceptionally clean. This is a good, budget priced hotel and right near the freeway, but you don't hear the freeway noise. Other guests were respectful and there were no hotel doors slamming or guests coming in late at night with loud voices. Overall, if I wasn't being woken up by the very firm mattress, I would give 5+ stars. "
