"Upon entering the hotel, it was nice. It looked clean. The staff was nice upon check-in. It was a quick check-in process upon entering my room. It seemed fine. It was an adjoined room which I didn't like, but it seemed OK maybe about two or three hours after getting comfortable. I see a mouse went across the floor. I immediately packed my things and called the front desk. I was then given another room, which was fine. It was clean. You know the issue is people leave their food, trash and things outside in the hall for pick up all night long from the time I checked in until checkout time the same food and trash was out in the hallway, of course rodents."
