"Hotel is basic but clean. Staff was nice and polite. Breakfast offering was sparse. Lack of electric outlet in room. Check in is at 4pm. We were 40 minutes early and were charged $20 early check in fee."

"I honestly wasn't expecting much from the property. Boy was I surprised. For a pet friendly hotel, it is SOOOO clean. The staff could not have been more attentive. The breakfast was wonderful. I actually told my husband, as we left the parking lot to go home, "I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to New Paltz. Thank you for such a great stay.""
